Czech Republic/Slovakia – DELIVERY AND PAYMENT
DELIVERY BY CARRIER:
- ZÁSILKOVNA: shipping 59Kč – FREE over 800 Kč
- GLS PICKUP POINTS + ALZA BOXES: shipping 59Kč – FREE over 800 Kč
- GLS TO ADDRESS: shipping 79Kč – FREE over 800 Kč
- ZÁSILKOVNA to Slovakia: shipping 99Kč – FREE over 1000 Kč
- GLS TO ADDRESS in Slovakia: shipping 149Kč – FREE over 1000 Kč
For orders to Slovakia, payment is only possible online by card before shipping.
The amount for determining shipping is calculated from the price after all discounts, including discount bonus codes.
Before accepting the goods, please check that the packaging is intact, and in case of any discrepancies, do not accept the goods. Checking the functionality of the product on-site is not possible.
Unfortunately, the exact selection of the delivery hour is not possible from the carrier. Delivery of goods is carried out based on the carrier’s prior notice during the working day. If you are not reached by the carrier, you will receive information about the next delivery date or a pickup notice at the post office.
The delivery date indicated on the e-shop is an estimated delivery date.
ORDER PAYMENT:
- Online Card Payment: Goods on the e-shop via card payment gateway. Payment must be made within 30 minutes of placing the order, otherwise, the order will be canceled.
- Cash on Delivery: Pay the carrier upon delivery, directly at the address you specified. In the case of a cash on delivery order, it is unfortunately not possible to pay the carrier by card, only cash payment is possible. A cash on delivery fee of 29,- Kč will be added to the order price. Cash on delivery cannot be made for orders to Slovakia.
